Melina Unterhauser and Sertaç Özdemir, with choreographer Lone Eivindsdottir and sound designer John Louis Jordan ON REPEAT is a site-specific multimedia performance that weaves movement, language, sound, and scenography into a dialogical parcours. Choreographic repetitions, physical confrontations, whispered text fragments, and spatial explorations address recurring patterns of power and vulnerability in social space.

From a queer-feminist perspective, the performers examine the shifting relations between individual and collective, control and surrender, visibility and invisibility. Mobile fences create temporary architectures that make symbolic and real boundaries tangible, while historical references—such as the “hysterical” poses from Georges Didi-Huberman’s Invention of Hysteria— are re-enacted, fractured, and re-contextualized.
