Relation Work is a performance that explores themes of connection, communication and separation. Two performers stand opposite each other, staring silently for a few minutes. They then begin selecting textile objects from a pile—these objects, made of shimmering silver, gray, and blue faux leather, have cryptic, letter-like forms that suggest unknown meanings. Each piece has openings through which the performers thread ropes (black or orange) and bind them to their bodies. The ropes are exchanged between the performers as they continue to knot themselves to the objects and each other, until the ropes are fully used, leaving the remaining textiles untouched in the center.

At the end, the performers discard their "armor" of textiles and tangled ropes, leaving behind the installation of objects and ropes. The piece is performed multiple times, always with two performers in different configurations.

This work invites reflection on physical and symbolic connections, the complexity of human relations, and boundaries. The cryptic textile forms, with their mysterious, letter-like shapes, add a layer of abstraction, suggesting that communication and meaning are not always clear or immediate. The varying durations and performer combinations result in different outcomes, emphasizing the fluidity of interaction and interpretation.
